Lafayette is about to get its first rooftop bar — but the business isn’t known for local beer or craft cocktails.
Jet Coffee, one of the city’s fast-growing coffee chains, is opening its third location on April 6.
Located in the Ambassador Town Center development, the newest location is a 3,000 square foot structure with a floating staircase that leads to the rooftop bar.
Adjacent to Lafayette’s ‘main-at-main’ intersection, the plaza has long been plagued with issues of traffic congestion, according to news reports. It was so congested in 2019 that Panera Bread decided to close its location there.
